Welcome to Swiss hospitality at the long-standing family-run Hotel Al Faro in Ascona. The hotel is built in the typical style of Ticino and provides really cosy rooms that offer all desirable amenities. In the restaurants of the Hotel Al Faro, guests choose between a wide range of regional and international delicacies.

Special features of the hotel

The house Al Faro, part of the Piazza Ascona Hotel & Restaurants, is open all year round. The standard rooms (with double bed or twin beds) have views to the court or the old town. Some of them are with balcony. They don’t have a lake view. The offer to our guests is completed by the restaurants al Pontile & al Piazza. Both with magnificent terraces and situated directly on the waterfront, they suit all tastes - from the gastronomy specialties, to the typical Ticino's dishes, to lake fish and seafood, to pizzas and Thai corner. 10% discount in our restaurants on all food and drinks for our hotel guests.
