Leider nichts.

Leider sehr unkulantes Verhalten des Hotels. Ich hatte versehentlich eine Buchung vorgenommen und den Fehler innerhalb von rund einer Stunde gemeldet – trotzdem wurde der volle Zimmerpreis berechnet. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Kulanz, kein Gutschein, obwohl das Zimmer noch problemlos hätte weiterverkauft werden können bzw. nach 1h sicher noch kein "Schaden" entstanden ist. Für mich kein kundenorientiertes Verhalten – schade. Würde Hotels mit einem solchen Kundenverhalten grundsätzlich meiden!!
