With the water tower as the -gateway to the city-, the square is located directly on the inner city ring, the main shopping street, not far from Paradeplatz. Mannheim's horseshoe-shaped city center is built in squares and offers just the right backdrop for a shopping trip. But there is much more to discover in one of the largest cities in Baden-Württemberg, for example the extensive museum landscape and the green city parks Luisenpark and Herzogenriedpark. Das Hotel lebt von seinem Flair. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber, die Betten hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist von seiner Vielfalt ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig.

Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Badezimmer, zwar von der Ausstattung in Ordnung aber die Badewanne und der Duschvorhang sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
