From the Highway A10, take the exit Salzburg Süd towards the city. Turn left towards Hellbrunn at the first crossing with traffic lights. Keep along this small road - pass the Zoo/ Hellbrunn Castle. After about 2,5 kilometers stay at the main road (Morzgerstraße) towards the center of Salzburg. Turn right into the Nonntaler Hauptstraße, you will reach our hotel after about 500 metres.
By rail: From the main railwaystation, take Bus Number 5 towards the Kommunalfriedhof (Community Cemetary), it will take you straight to our hotel (Busstop Wäschergasse).

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer, ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und mit Tageslicht. Gutes Frühstück, Spiegel- oder Rührei werden frisch zubereitet. Die Lage ist günstig, wenige Schritte von einer Bushaltestelle enfernt.
The family-run city hotel Via Roma in Salzburg was built from the historic building of the Tavern on Rome Street, which was first officially mentioned in 1421. The house, known later on as the Salzburger Römerwirt, became a hotel with 26 rooms and was reopened in July 2003 under a new name.
Registration number: 50101-000093-2020 Our reception is staffed until 8.00pm. A contactless check-in is possible around the clock if pre-arranged with our hotel. All regulations and necessary measures to the containment of COVID-19 are in place, all rooms are deep cleaned and disinfected after departure and before arrival. Our hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet which is served in our winter garden. On the south-side of the hotel, in our inner yard, are free parking spaces available for our guests. Our hotel-owned garden (accessible from the inner yard) which is border by the Hellbrunner Bach (a small stream) invites you to relax and enjoy. The Italian restaurant 'Da Giacomo' is located in the same building as our hotel and comes highly recommended by us.
