CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS Bookings are available from 09:00 to 21:00. Bookings can only be considered firm when the deposit is received, ie 30% of the total amount of the stay. The non-payment of the deposit before the required date will lead to the automatic cancellation of the booking. Commissions on bank transfers will not be borne by the institution. Our cancellation policy is as follows: - for stays from 1 to 7 nights: Up to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded. If canceled less than 7 days before date of arrival or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged. - for stays of 8 nights or more: Up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded. If canceled less than 15 days before date of arrival or no-show, the first night will be charged. For any booking canceled, deferred or reduced for any reason, the establishment must be compensated for the loss suffered. Consequently, the deposit is due for all reservations and is deductible only at the end of the stay, if it has been fully performed. We suggest to our amiable clientele to take out a trip cancellation insurance, in order to be refunded by the latter in the event of total or partial cancellation of the stay.
