The Brauhaus Wiesenmühle is a 3-starfamily- run hotel with an in-house brewery and Europe`s biggest mill wheel right in the heart of Fulda. It offers comfortable rooms equipped with many modern amenities. Our gastronomy includes 2 restaurants and a beautiful beergarden. There we serve freshly homebrewed beers, wood-fired pizza and traditional German cooking. More than 30 years we stand for an inviting typical brewhouse culture. As a popular spot for all generations we guarantee a good time. HRS guests use the parking facilities by the Brauhaus Wiesenmühle free of charge. Moreover, the hotel offers beer tastings and beer seminars.
