Overly officious member of reception who refused to make automatic payments of my room service and parking charges, despite having all credit card details from both my Company and my personal one. He seemed intent on delaying me and making me wait when in the end I didn't have to do anything ! I have never experienced this before in the many, many times I have stayed at this hotel. This one individual needs a lesson in Customer relations.

The size, comfort and amenities in the room is exceptional
As a Tea drinker, some milk/cream sachets in the room alongside the coffe/tea would be wonderful.
Also, a full length mirror in the bedroom would be great
