Staff helped me with my requirements as and when needed and were very polite
Few basic facilities like room slippers and dental kit were not provided for the room as complimentary.
Mineral Water also should be provided as complimentary, or else water dispenser should be kept in all floors for customers to use when they need. We know we can drink tap water, but to be safe its better to use mineral water dispenser or RO water.

The room was clean and nice, the bed very confortable, the TV also big and with good channels choice and the breakfast with good choice of both salty and sweet meals and the iron and iron table in the room are really appreciated especially for business trips.
The view, the welcome-kit provided in the room is poor compared to other hotels in same categor but are really minor defects
