Throughout the hotel, the nostalgia is visible: high ceilings, authentic Holland America Line details and a beautiful wrought iron staircase. The service is unique and belonging to a 4 star hotel: no keycards but modern old-fashioned key bobbins and no tight minibar but 24 hour personalized room service. Hotel New York has 72 unique rooms, including the two green turrets, the former caretaker's house on the roof and the boardroom where the former directors of the Holland America Line had their office.
