Macht einen soliden Eindruck, wirkt bürgerlich und nicht abweisend.

Warum habe ich zwei Schlüssel und muss die Türe von innen abschließen, da außen eine Klinke ist? Warum funktioniert das WLAN nicht, werde ich nicht darauf hingewiesen und nur Schulterzucken auf Nachfrage? Da wäre wenigstens auch ein Getränk aufs Haus angemessen. Warum ist schon im ersten Stock der Wasserdruck so minimalistisch, dass ich gerne aufs haarewaschen verzichte? Warum ist in einem recht neu anmutenden Bad die Temperaturwahl in der Dusche über zwei getrennte (warm, kalt) Hähne, die so sensibel sind, dass kaum eine passende Temperatur gefunden werden kann? Die gesamte Ausstattung, egal ob Steckdosen, Schalter, Bettdecke knausriger als ich es beim Buchen sein muss...
