Where I scored 9 & 10's are the areas I liked.

The bathroom had a bath shower and nearly slipped getting out of it. The bath showers should (in my opinion) have a grab handle to assist with getting out of the bath. I had the steak for evening meal and this was very poorly cooked and of poor quality especially for the high cost of it being charged. This I would definitely not recommend and so this needs to be addressed. Overall though, I was happy with my stay and will do again in the future.
