Our hotel is located in Karlsruhe, in the quiet, green district of Stupferich – on the edge of the Black Forest and just a 10-minute drive from Karlsruhe's city center. This fan-shaped city boasts a castle, zoo, ZKM (Central German Center for Contemporary Art), the KIT (Institute for the Study of technology), boat tours on the Rhine with the MS Karlsruhe, and is home to the Karlsruhe Soccer Club (KSC). Ideal connections: just 2 minutes from the A8 motorway, close to the A5, and bus line 47 runs to the main train station every 20 minutes. Excursions to Heidelberg, Strasbourg, Speyer, Baden-Baden, or Alsace (30 minutes) are worthwhile! Here in town: golf, a go-kart track, a playground (3 minutes/walk), and nearby thermal baths (5 km), swimming pools, and lakes. In summer: an open-air cinema and free castle light-show.

What makes us different? We're not a chain hotel, but a third-generation family-run establishment – with heart, flexibility, and passion. Our chef will spoil you in the evenings with regional cuisine; almost everything is homemade: from Maultasche (swabian ravioli) to beef roulade, spaetzle, dumplings, and fries, with much from our own butcher shop. Our cozy restaurant with outdoor seating is open Monday to Saturday. We serve only breakfast on Sundays and public holidays. We are happy to open outside of regular hours for groups and celebrations. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and a fitness room are available. Our vending machines provide snacks, drinks, and homemade products 24/7.
