Clean and comfortable room - I was lucky that the room allocated has a view of Tokyo Tower - I would take this as kind of compensated for the non-working power points issue

Upon check-in, besides the lights and aircon are working, the power points, TV and telephone were all not working - I had to go down to the reception to inform them as the phone was not working and when they sent someone up shortly, they realised that the power switch in the DB box was off. Such things should not have happened in the first place - they should have ensured everything is working fine in the room before assigning the room to guests.
