We are located in Downton Plymouth walking distance to PSU and just minutes from a wide variety of recreational activities such as Polar Caves the very popular Rumney Rock offering the best sport climbing in the Northeast and ski resorts such as Tenney mountain is only 7 mi Waterville Valley ski resort is a short 15 mi and Loon mountain only 20 mi. Visitors also enjoy canoeing and fishing on the many nearby lakes ponds and rivers.
