Bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to group booking conditions. The property reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay where guests are displaying anti-social behaviour. The property is not suitable for stag, hen or similar parties. The property requires a valid credit card to charge a refundable security deposit of €200 per apartment upon check in. All guests are required to present a valid form of identification and confirmation of your reservation. All under 18’s are included in the occupancy level for your apartment. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. Local tourist tax of €2.88 per person per night is payable at the hotel. Please be aware that there is a building undergoing a complete refurbishment across the street from the property. While the noise is happening during daytime only and all of our apartments enjoy double-glazing throughout, some may find it disturbing. However the back of the residence remains as quiet as our good reputation goes.
