By train: ı From the station at Ferrandina Scalo (35km from Matera) take the FAL bus. ı From Bari station (60 km from Matera) take the FAL bus or local train. By car: ı From the Adriatic coast, take the Bologna-Taranto highway and exit at Bari Nord. Follow the indications fro Alta-mura-Matera on the SS99. ı From the Tyrrenian coast, take the Salerno-Reggio Calabria road and exit at Sicignano degli Alburni, then follow the signs for Potenza then for Metaponto on the SS407 Basentana road until you see the indications for Matera. By air: The Bari-Palese airport is situated 60 kms from the hotel, while Brindisi airport is approximately 100 kms.
