The Westin Turtle Bay Resort and Spa Mauritius

Location and amenities. Welcoming from staff. All staff that I interacted were courteous and helpful - from front desk to housekeeping and at the restaurants. 

I didn’t appreciate the lady attitude at the souvenir shop at the hotel who work in the evening. She was not courteous nor helpful. My family and I were not even greeted when we entered the shop. She was on her phone and looking blunt as we enter the shop. Was it because I am a local (but I am a client) or was it her personality. There is room for improvement. May be she needs some training.
