There is a non-refundable damage waiver of USD 55.00 plus tax. Personal chefs and child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under age 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check-in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of stay.
