Special features of the hotel

All our rooms are no-smoking, have a shower and toilet en-suite, television, and free internet WiFi access. In a charming, slightly ‘retro’ dining room, taste some typical Neuchâtel dishes. In the Brasserie, the chef’s specials include country cured ham and the typical Neuchâtel sausage, a Fondue Gaillon or different offal specialities. For your aperitif you can discover the formerly illegal absinthe, or local wine specialities – Pinot-Gris or Oeil-de-Perdrix. To accompany your meal we have a choice of local Pinot-Noirs, but also a large choice of quality wines from multiple origins, also served by the glass. Breakfast is included in room rates. Taxes are not included at CHF2.00 per person. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
