Ich habe in der Buchung bereits geschrieben dass ich kein Frühstück möchte, da der preis incl. Frühstück war, habe ich bei Ankunft darum gebeten das Frühstück abzuziehen da ich generell nie Frühstücke. mir wurde gesagt das der Preis incl Frühstück ist und auch wenn ich dies nicht in Anspruch nehme , nicht abgezogen werden könnte. Das finde ich unverschämt und werde das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel in Hof bevorzugen.
