Size and equipment of the room. Quiet room.
Arrived late and night and the room assigned had not been cleaned after the previous guest (bed unmade and towels on the floor).
Staff insisted that the breakfast was not included when it was. Even showing my booking, it took 20min to clarify the issue, so I arrived late to a meeting.
