Our house is situated in a quiet location about 1 km from the center of St. Jakob away at the forest edge. A truly fabulous mountain scenery is offered by the Defereggental in East Tyrol, a lovely mountain valley between the Hohe Tauern in the north and the Deferegger Alps in the south. In winter, cross-country skiing and in summer the cycle path passes directly in our Hotel Garni Grünmoos. The ski bus stop "Bad Grünmoos" is only 100 meters from the house.

Our rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with shower / toilet, hairdryer, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and balcony. All rooms and the house are non smoking. Our newly renovated Superior Comfort Double Room were made with solid wood furniture made of spruce, which have a salutary effect is attributed to the respiratory tract. From the summer of 2015 also adorns a Zirbenwand with Zirbenscheiben from the "Oberhauser Zirbenwald" in all of our superior rooms.
