Cycling tours along the Danube Cycle Path - A perfect start from Gasthof Pension Luger!Great base for hiking holidaysE-BIKE rental from May 2013Our guesthouse is directly located at the Danube Cycle Path, at 40 km from Passau.The classic route of the Danube Cycle Path starts from Passau, where in the summer months more than 1000 cyclists start their holidays every day.If you are planning to arrive by train and reach Passau only by noon, you are well advised to start your tour along the Danube Cycle Path the same day after an interesting city tour. After approx. 40 km you will reach our family-run hotel and can spend your first night here.If you will arrive by private car, our house is the perfect starting point. If you spend two nights with us (arrival and departure), we offer you a free parking lot for the entire holiday period. Of course you may choose between numerous cycling routes which start at the Danube Cycle Trail. From our hotel you reach the most terrific valleys and lookout points by bike. So a few relaxing days at our place are really rewarding!As you spend your holiday at the Danube Cycle Path, culinary delights do not lack. Your host will pamper your palate with FISH SPECIALTIES from home waters, accompanied by fine Austrian wines from excellent wine growers. Enjoy true quiet and genuine Austrian hospitality.
