Ease of access of location

Bed is old and not of comfort, worst of the lot that I had seen for a while. The bath tub is an obstacle course, wet floor and wet tub lead to need of grip to enter and exit the tub.  Not friendly for shower. Nowadays seldom have guest that need bathtub and with the risk of fall from climbing in and get out, couple with high potential of slip due to wet, highly recommend that the hotel get rid of the bath tub. Very high risk of accident of fall happening. Sound proof is bad as the centre of the hotel is an air shaft that let sound pass through. On Sunday, at 10 am lots of prayer like sound echo to my room with my door fully closed. This terrible intrusion to my rest.
