The Falcon Restaurant is situated in the light airy dining room, which has large bay windows looking out onto the hotel grounds. The relaxed informal atmosphere allows guests to enjoy a tasty meal, with friendly staff on hand to offer advice and information about the menu. Chefs take particular pride in the quality of cuisine which is prepared to order using only the finest local ingredients. Whether you choose a family favourite, vegetarian dish, steak from the grill or a dish from the specials board, Head Chef has included something to suit all tastes, guests can enjoy the best of traditional Scottish cuisine with a modern twist. The hotel are proud to announce that they are now able to adapt a majority of dishes to suit coeliacs, including fresh battered North Sea Haddock and chips. Known locally as the “Killie” for a real taste of Cruden Bay there is the Public Bar. With a vibrant local atmosphere you can be assured of good company whether you are enjoying a local beverage or your favourite tipple. If you fancy listening to some of your favourite music there is a fully stocked juke box with up-to-date tracks and also those from yesteryear. There is also a dart board, so if you are feeling competitive the hotel can arrange a game for you.
