Motorway Brennero A22 untill the exit of Klausen/Chiusa. There you turn right, take the bridge where you reach the mainstreet. Here you find the indication Feldthurns/Velturno the first time. Turn left and after 180 m you see the indication right to continue untill the village. At Feldthurns you turn twice right where is indicated Hotel Unterwirt.
Arriving by train you take the station Brixen/Bressanone. Some trains have a stop even at Klausen/Chiusa, wich is nearer. At the station of Brixen there is a bus which goes to Feldthurns/Velturno. Timetable on request. If you stay for a week (min.) we pick you up for free.
The Taubers Unterwirt is centrally located in the center of the village, surrounded by chestnut groves, vineyards and a wonderful view of the Geisler peaks. The chestnut also plays a major role in the hotel, for example with chestnut wood in the room furnishings, as exquisite food variations in the restaurant or in the natural treatments with a vitalising effect in the Castanea wellness area. The bike tours and hiking tours with in-house guides and the hotel's exquisite cuisine are particularly popular.
