The room was charged despite the fact that my flight to Rome was significantly delayed. The announcement by the airline was made after 6 p.m. The hotel was notified around 6:30 p.m. but they did not want to take it into account because cancellations must be requested by 6 p.m. at the latest. No commercial gesture was made.
