Eine Katastrophe! Einchecken Sonntags um 19:30 nicht möglich, da Rezeption nur bis 14:00 besetzt. Keine Informationen bezüglich Schlüsselsafe erhalten. Erst Anruf beim Sicherheitsdienst erbrachte Hilfe. Zimmer völlig überheizt, dem Hinweis folgend, die Raumtemperatur über das Wandthermostat zu regeln, musste ich feststellen, dass dieser "out of order" ist. Von 5 Lampen war eine defekt und für zwei Lampen kein Schalter zu finden. Frühstück aus Personalmangel im Nachbarhotel, dort erreichte das besteĺlte Rührei meinen Tisch nie. Wenn mab kein Personal hat, sollte man halt das Hotel schließen und nicht versuchen, aus willigen Kunden noch ein paar Euro herauszupressen.
