Zentrale Lage Nähe Aachen Hbf, saubere Bettwäsche, saubere Handtücher, sauberes Bad, Bett ist in Ordnung

Das Interieur und Mobiliar ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig,die Atmosphäre daher sehr nüchtern und nicht mehr gemütlich

Very bad behaviour from the rezeption, not cooperative, problem with invoices, very old room, no water heater for tea or coffee.

I can't recommend this hotel at all. At the same price you will get better in this area. Rather pay 5 Euros more, but not such type of old and unprofessional hotel.
