Located in Hokkaido's Kushiro area, Akanko Onsen Minshuku Kiri is a small, comfortable inn with a cosy, intimate atmosphere. The inn prides itself on its natural hot spring wooden bath, handmade by the inn's owner from Sakhalin fir. The bath is open 24 hours a day. Homemade Japanese cuisine is served in the inn's dining hall, with fresh pond smelt caught at Lake Akan a treat for guests. Guest rooms are in the traditional tatami mat style, and come equipped with Tvs, tea making facilities, and rental yukata robes.
