As the name suggests, this hotel occupies a lovingly restored 16th-century building. Several ceiling frescoes are still well maintained, giving the house a distinctive ambience. Italian antiques add to the sense of history in the stylishly furnished rooms. In the rustic breakfast room, the tiled floor and cross-vaulted ceiling are reminiscent of bygone days.
