Take highway A11, exit at Pistoia and follow the roadsigns for Abetone/Modena for 7 km. When you are able to see an hairpin bend in front of you, make the right and take the bridge. At the end of the bridge turn right and after 100 m. turn left and keep going on the uphill road. The Villa is on the left.
From Pistoia Train station take the bus no. 25 (direction Piteccio). Get off at Ponte Calcaiola
