Our serviced apartments in Central London are located in St. James’s and are the ideal choice whether travelling alone, with friends or indeed with the family. Location, space, comfort and stunning views are just a few reasons why you should choose Arlington House as your choice of residence when visiting London, whether its just for a long weekend a week or even a year. Arlington House Apartments feature a private bathroom, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, touch panel lighting and a separate cloakroom. They range from smaller studios to large 3-bedroom apartments. The fully-fitted kitchens include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Green Park underground station is only a 3-minute walk from the apartments and has Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria line services. Some of the finest restaurants London has to offer are also within a 5-minute walk, including Le Caprice, The Wolseley, and Wiltons which offers fine English dining. Important information Services, supplied, which are not included in the supply of the accommodation (e.g. extra bed (£40 pn+vat), charges for telephone usage, internet connection, extra change of household linens & towels), will be charged separately at the end of the stay. These charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit unless otherwise agreed between the parties. House keeping service 5 days per week Mon to Fri (excluding Bank Holiday). Bed linen and towels changed once per week. Arlington House Apartments charges a holding deposit which is refundable after check out. Green Park Tube station is only 5 minutes’ walk away with the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria line services most major destinations. Car Parking is available underneath the property but is chargeable and there is a taxi rank located just outside the property on Arlington Street. Arlington House Apartments charges a holding deposit within 72 hours of your arrival date. This is refunded after departure ensuring all of the following have been adhered to: (a) All bills are paid and all keys are returned. (b) All contents, utensils and appliances are left in a perfectly clean and working condition. (c) If dry cleaning or steam cleaning is required to furnishings and carpets after departure an appropriate amount will be deducted. (d) All broken, missing or soiled items on the inventory are replaced or relevant costs paid. However this changes depending on the length of stay: 3 night stay - 1 nights accommodation 3 to 6 nights stay - 2 nights accommodation 6 to 12 nights - 5 nights accommodation 12 Nights or more please contact the apartments Please note that there is a porter service 24 hours a day. A light cleaning service, including general cleaning, vacuuming and bed-making, takes place 5 days a week, but does not include personal maid services. Towels and linens are changed weekly.
