Sehr freundliches Personal, reibungsloser Ablauf. Zimmer mit Aussicht (7. Stock). Dazu kostenfreier Kaffee sowie kostenfreie Snacks (Äpfel + Joghurt, morgens sogar noch Crossants + Brezeln). Das fand ich eine tolle Zusatzleistung. Danke

Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Ich hätte bei der Buchung anmerken sollen, dass ich mein Zimmer in einem (besonders) ruhigen Teil des Hotel haben möchte.
