The six Stylia Villas are of recent construction (2012), with two Beachfront Villas and four Garden Villas for holiday rental in Mauritius. None of the villas is more than a few yards from the beach. They are very spacious (200 m² or 2,150 square feet) luxurious and comfortable. They are built in an impressive, contemporary style, with the sitting room opening on to a terrace area, leading on to an individual swimming pool. Each villa also has its own private and walled garden area.Stylia Villas are designed to sleep eight although it is possible to add an extra single bed and a cot can also be provided on request at no additional charge. Included in the rent:There is a Villa Manager on site to assist you as requered throughout your stay with information, arranging activities and excursions, and anything else you might need such as car rental or restaurant booking. The Manager will also explain the range of a la carte services on offer, including the availability of a superb Chef. A valet comes to each villa for two hours every day to clean and make the beds.
