Nestled between the hills and the spectacular sea of the Ligurian Sea, Agriturismo Monteverde extends across a hill of approximately 7 acres, to the slopes of Castelnuovo Magra. It occupies 3 old Ligurian Farmsteads, restored respecting local architectural tradition. Within the estate of 7 hectares, there's an XIX century villa, where the owners live and another villa with 2 apartments to rent. They are surrounded by a 6000 mq park with a small orchard. Agriturismo Monteverde boasts 15 apartments  equipped with all modern comforts: ensuite bathroom, heating, air conditioning, wifi service, kitchenette, living room and one or two bedrooms. Some are on the ground floor, other have balconies or terraces Large internal and external spaces are dedicated to guests: gym, esternal swimming pool, barbeque grill area, reading room, playfiled area, private car parking.
