Main Restaurant: With dining outdoor facilities, serves lavish buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet/Vegetarian dishes are available on request. During meal times soft drinks, fruit juices, water, house wine, local beer, tea and coffee are served. Continental breakfast is served for early departing guests. Special theme nights are organized on a weekly basis with a fusion of light and tasty international cuisine and favourite local dishes. Samaki, à la carte Restaurant: Serves seafood and fusion cuisine accompanied by fine selection of Exclusive Wine Menu in a refined and peaceful ambience. Reservations and menu selection have to be made 24 hours in advance. Our Food & Beverage Executive at the Main Restaurant would be more than happy to assist you in making reservations. Pizzeria: Serves fresh baked pizza for dinner with soft drinks, fruit juices, beer, house wine. One dinner per stay is included in the All Inclusive package. Ngalawa, Snack Bar: Offers cool drinks and snacks throughout the day, afternoon tea and a variety of cocktails and drinks. Madafu Bar: Serves selected All Inclusive sunset cocktails and aperitifs, long drinks, fresh juices, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea during the evening until midnight.
