Located by the large garden in Dresden, three bright apartments (FeWo II, V, and VI) are located in one building. They feature a TV in the living area, information about Dresden, and a bathroom. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided. All apartments have a kitchenette, induction hob, and microwave. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The Dresden-Strehlen S-Bahn station and tram stop offer direct connections to the Old Town.

We charge a one-time fee of 39,50 € for bed linen, 4 towels (no bath towels), electricity, water, heating, tea towels, hair dryer, TV usage, DVD player usage including final cleaning Note: The city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax of 6% of the invoice amount. Everyone who visits Dresden for professional reasons is tax-exempt. And another note: On arrival we ask for a deposit of € 50, which must be paid in cash. It serves as security for furniture and devices. The amount will be refunded in cash immediately upon departure, provided the tenant has not caused any damage to the rental property or the inventory.
