fully equipped apartments with bathroom, kitchen and toilett. We have in total 13 apartments in the same building. Perfect for business trips. Situated in the old city center of Graz. perfect for students, big company workers. Please pay attention that pillow covers, blanket covers and towels are not included into the price as we are legally not allowed to provide services. You can rent those items for EUR 11,00/person/stay or bring them with you. Parking in the nearby parking house for EUR 20,00/day/parking space. (max high 1,85) You leave a deposit of EUR 40,00 for parking card by arrival.

PAY ATTENTION: WE ASK FOR CONTACT VIA EMAIL OR PHONE DIRECTLY AFTER BOOKING. No credit card payment! CHECK-IN directly at the property (on the left from the entrance gate). Cleaning fee EURO 30,-- is not included in the price. Sheets, pillowcovers, duvetcovers and towels can be rented for EURO 11,--/person. Parking in Operngarage (1,85 meter) for extra charge (EURO 20,--/day/parking plot). Hans-Sachs-Gasse 10 provides the best location. All apartments are spacious, with basic accomodation, to combine the best location and low price. Check-in between 2 and 6 pm. Check-out between 7 and 11 am. Check-in after 6 pm and check-out bevor 7 am will be charged with extra fee of EURO 15,--.
