Well situated

I made a réservation for 10 dans. It was important for me to have a swimming pool and a fitness center. But when I arrived the swimming pool was under rénovation and the fitness not available because they were painting so it was not possible to use becauseuf the smeel.
And the fitness is very small. So I was very angry because nobody told me the swimming pool is closed. Otherwise I had chosen another hotel. I hope you understand that I demand a compensation for this désagrément.
