Welcome to Höhenstein Stube! Our organic farm with newly built holiday accommodation is situated in an idyllic and absolutely sunny location at about 1,000 m above sea level amidst the Lunzer mountains with stunning panoramic views of the highest peaks of the Mostviertel. Whether as an individual guest, as a couple or as a family with children - we always look forward to your visit. Our youngest guests can explore life on a farm in more detail, for example, when you visit our mother cows and their calves. Furthermore, our house is the starting point for the "Höhensteinrunde", a circular trail with spectacular views, which leads up to the summit cross of Eggerberg (1.134m) and is beautiful to accomplish in about two hours walking. As the only natural lake in Lower Austria, the Lunzer See invites you to swimming, boating and fishing experiences away from everyday hustle and bustle. Cultural highlights can be enjoyed on the Lunzer lake stage. In the evening you can dine in our new dining room make plans for the next activity.

Special features of the hotel

Unique views of the surrounding mountains. Particular emphasis is placed on regional products, which are produced directly on the farm. The themed rooms promise relaxation after a busy day. In case of snow: snow chains or all-wheel drive required!
