Cleanliness

The bathroom towels are very worn and damaged.
The toilet runs all night long.
The pillow is so bad that it is no more than 1 cm thick. There are no extra pillows in the room.
The noise from construction work starting at 7:00 a.m. is unbearable and continues all day long.
I left a day early, and no one asked me why or if I had enjoyed my stay. Nothing. The woman at the front desk is not at all friendly.
I will not be returning.
