I arrived late in the evening and yet I was welcomed by a friendly front desk gentleman.
I was able to rest a little and have an amazing breakfast.

I really enjoy the breakfast and the facilities of the hotel

The standard of housekeeping service did not meet my expectations. After cleaning, the hotel left a dirty pillowcase in my room. Additionally, they did not replace the 'small amenity bag' when I used it (which was important to me as I was on my period), so I had to use my own plastic bag instead. Overall, it seemed like the cleaning only involved making the bed and emptying the trash each day.
