Hotel Gracery has a 24-hour reception, and it offers dry cleaning, laundry and ironing services. Multilingual concierge service is provided. The information corner features a currency exchange machine. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a 15-minute stroll from Gracery Hotel, while Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is a 7-minute drive. Shinjuku Golden Gai is 6 minutes on foot. The hotel terrace has the symbol of Shinjuku, Godzilla Head. If you stay at the hotel, you can see the powerful giant Godzilla head up close. Entry to the 8th floor terrace (Godzilla Head) will be suspended for the time being.
