Gute Lage neben Orangerie und unweit Europaparlament, Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür und brauchbare Einrichtung wenn auch teilweise Instandsetzungsbedarf.

Verbesserungsfähig ist die Abrechnung/Rechnungsstellung in Verbindung mit dem Servicpartner HRS: auch drei Monate nach unserem Aufenthalt dort habe ich den irrtümlich durch das Hotel doppelt abgebuchten Rechnungsbetrag nicht erstattet bekommen. Das Hotel antwortet nicht auf entsprechende Email, HRS wiegelt ab und vertröstet.
