One&Only Spa: One&Only Spa is one the largest Asian-style spas in the Maldives, with beautifully designed wooden interiors creating a sanctuary for relaxation and overall wellness. Set in its own lavish pavilion and featuring beautifully designed wooden interiors, One&Only Spa houses eight beautifully appointed treatment rooms complete with private outdoor garden shower, half of which are designed for couples to have side-by-side therapies. Spa products are specially blended with fragrant essential oils of flowers, spices, herbs, fruits and plants from all over the world. Treatment bookings can be made at the One&Only Spa reception upon arrival or by contacting the resort in advance. The renowned Peter Burwash Tennis Academy challenges players with professional coaching offered on two floodlit synthetic grass courts atop a sand surface. Individual and group instruction, following the Peter Burwash method, is available for a fee. Coaches are also available as playing partners, and are happy to arrange social play. Gymnasium: The air-conditioned gymnasium boasts state-of-the-art equipment from Life Fitness, including individual weight machines, free weights, bikes, treadmills, and stair masters. A personal trainer is available to tailor special fitness programmes for guests, and private classes with an instructor can also be arranged. Hours of operation: Daily from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. Yoga and Kandu-Ohli is also avilable at resort.
