Special features of the hotel

Check in is only possible at the at the check-in terminal at the foyer. Documents you need: Family name/Guest number, ID card, credit card/ec card for payment handling at check-in. The hotel is reachable by phone from 9 am to 10 pm. Cash payment or bank transfer is NOT possible on the terminal - for these methods of payment please contact the reception before arrival. The on-site parking spaces are at the underground parking and have to be reserved 3 days before arrival at the latest. If a reservation is made the key for the underground parking will be in your apartment. Please note: We only accept dogs at the property. Guests with dogs are welcome and pay 10 € per dog per night.
