Business traveler

upon checkin I provided a businesscard with name/adress of company for invoice so that the invoice would be ready for pickup upon check-out, unfortunately the information hanve not been transferred to tha system so that they had to prepare the invoice when I wanted to check out, hair dryer on room was broken, I asked for repair or replacement, which happened neither, would have loved to have a coffee maschine on room not only in the lobby
