HGU New York is a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property. //Covid-19 Measures - We are closely monitoring updates from city and government officials as well as making sure we are up-to-date on any news from the CDC on the evolving situation. - We have intensified our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to ensure the safety of our guests on highly touched areas such as elevator buttons- handrails- door handles- remote controls- light switches- and bathrooms. - We have taken several additional measures to help minimize the risk of contamination with higher frequency in daily cleaning. Hand sanitizer is available at no charge to all guests. - The hotel has temporarily closed all the public spaces in the hotel to manage social distancing. The hotel staff will wear masks and gloves and guests are asked to wear a mask while in the lobby. - Removal of items in the rooms such as pens and paper that may increase the spread of germs- thoroughly cleaning other frequently touched items in the rooms such as TV remote- doorknobs and light switches.//
