We inform you of some details that may be useful for your stay: - RECEPTION: We have 24h reception, however, if you plan to arrive later than 23h please let us know to take it into account. - CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: We remind you that the check in time to the rooms is from 14h and the check out time until 12h noon. (We have a left-luggage office where you can store your luggage). - PETS: We accept pets, as long as they are not left alone in the room. The pet supplement is 20€ per night. (Pets are currently restricted access to our restaurant and pool services). - SWIMMING POOL: We have an indoor pool at the hotel which is open all year round. Please note that it is NOT heated. You can request pool towels at reception with a deposit. - PARKING: We have a small garage in the hotel that does not admit reservation, you can check availability on arrival (not recommended for large cars) We also have a public parking just in front ''Parking la Victoria''.
